TagCase for Q3

The Half Cases for your Leica Q3 are characterized by perfect protection, highest precision and absolute functionality. The Leica Q3 Half Cases are available as standard only as TagCase®.

The special feature of the TagCases®: In the bottom hatches, which provides access to the battery, SD card and USB-C port, there is a discreet inner pocket into which an Apple AirTag® can be inserted! When closing the case, this must be pressed firmly closed to ensure that it is firmly attached to the camera. In this way, you will always be able to find your camera as quickly as possible, regardless of whether it has been misplaced or lost.

The Half Cases for the Leica Q3 are handmade from the finest leather and protect your camera like a second skin. Despite the integrated AirTag® compartment, the cases are not too bulky, but emphasize the slim body of the Leica Q3. To give the case support and flexibility, we have integrated aluminum into the sides. This allows you to customize the Half Case / TagCase® even if it is already attached to the camera. The integrated handle rounds off the Half Case / TagCase® and provides the necessary grip to prevent the camera from falling out of your hand.

Inside, the cases are lined with soft velour, which envelops your camera like a protective skin and guarantees that the Half Case / TagCase® can be attached to your Leica Q3 without scratching it.

The hatches in the base plate provide access to the battery and the SD card. The case is fastened using a specially designed screw with a micro head and internal thread, which allows the SD card flap to be opened while keeping the TagCase® on the camera. Of course, the TagCase® guarantees access to all other standard features and controls of the Leica Q3. All operating elements and lids are kept free and framed by the TagCase®. This means that you no longer need to remove the TagCase® from the camera during normal use. The fold-out screen is also not restricted in its function.

To be able to use the camera with a tripod, the supplied adapter screw is used and ensures attachment to a tripod together with the TagCase®. Only in this case the SD card slot is prevented from being opened at the same time.

The TagCases® for the Leica Q3 are compatible with the original Leica thumb rest.
