• Test Drive Fee: Test Drive is £80 which will be converted to a credit for leicastoremanchester.com when the kit is returned.
• Rental Fee: Each item in our rental catalogue is priced accordingly and includes shipping and return with DHL.
• Delivery: Available only within the United Kingdom. The kit cannot be delivered to other countries or to addresses different from the one for which you provide proof. Delivery options include DHL or in-person pickup at our London Mayfair Store.
• Full kit includes: Camera, Lens (if applicable), hoods and caps, strap, battery, charger, SD card, camera bag. Any changes or requirements may be confirmed with our team in advance.
• Eligibility: 18+ years, mainland UK residents only.
• Required documentation: copy of a valid ID (passport or driver’s licence only), copy of 2x proofs of address (such as utility bill, council tax, bank statement). Proofs of address must be dated within the last 3 months.
• We retain the right to refuse the service.
• Our test drives are limited to one per customer per product.

A pre-authorisation hold will be taken 24 hours before the start of the test drive:

• This is a hold totalling 3/4 the total value of the items borrowed.
• This is not a deposit; no funds will be taken from your account.
• The hold will be released upon safe return of the kit.
• The payment hold requires a valid credit card.

RISK OF LOSS AND DAMAGE. You assume all risk and liability for loss of and/or damage to the Product(s) during the Term and until the Product(s) are returned to us. You shall handle the Product(s) with the utmost care so as to ensure that the Product(s) are not damaged in any manner while in your possession, fair wear and tear excepted.

If your rental is cancelled more than 24 hours before it was due to start, we can refund 100% of your rental fee. Within 24 hours, we can refund 50%.
