Shipping policy

STORE PICKUP - 9 Police Street, Manchester, M2 7LQ

‭Orders can be picked up from our store. An email will be sent when your order is ready for‬ pickup. 

ORDER PROCESSING:‬

We usually process orders the same day your order. Expect an email within as your order moves through our shipping process to let you‬ know your order is on the way!‬

Some items from our store are either available from Leica AG immediately or heavily backordered. Our shipping for most out of stock items is within 10 days. For Pre Ordered or heavily backordered items, please look out for messages from our partners Purple Dot regarding your order. 

All orders are fully insured by us until in your possession. 

If you choose to give instructions to our couriers leave your package in a 'safe place' we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred should anything go wrong. 

UK Orders

Orders from our store over £500 qualify for Free Next Day shipping when available from stock or when they ship from our store. 

Our shipping rates for other orders are, 

• 2-3 day Standard Tracked Shipping - £4.95
• Next Day with DHL - £9.95

International Orders

All international orders are shipped with DHL Express. Rates are calculated in the checkout. Worldwide shipping is usually Next Day to North America and Europe, and 2-3 days for the rest of the world. 

We do not generally offer an economy shipping option internationally. 

Some items from our store are only available to be shipped within the UK, EEA and Switzerland. These items will not be able to be purchased from our store. For more information please contact us.
