Introduced in 1980 and made up until 2007, the 75mm Summilux was designed by Walter Mandler, and in part carries all the characteristics that make Leica glass legendary, whilst not as sharp wide open as current, modern aspherical lenses, the Summilux draws and renders in ways that modern lenses just can't; with it's smooth transitional bokeh, excellent contrast and 'Leica Glow', the 75 really does stand up to be an excellent portrait lens.
It fine cosmetic condition and in full working order with smooth focus and correct aperture. The barrel has some minor wear, mainly to the focusing ring and aperture ring. The optics are clean with some small dust visible.
