Built on the already popular M9, the Monochrom uses a full-frame CCD sensor without the colour bayer filter, meaning it records pure luminance values. This gives higher sharpness, better detail, and a distinctive tonal quality that has made the camera well regarded among photographers who prefer shooting black and white.
This example is in excellent cosmetic condition with very minor wear to the black chrome and some minor dust specks visible in the finder.
In full working order with clean, well aligned rangefinder, clean sensor and with all modes, buttons and dials working. Camera sensor has been upgraded previously.
