The Leica M Monochrom CCD is a digital rangefinder designed specifically for black and white photography. Built on the already popular M9, it uses a full-frame CCD sensor without a colour filter array, meaning it records pure luminance values. This gives higher sharpness, better detail, and a distinctive tonal quality that has made the camera well regarded among photographers who prefer shooting black and white.
This example is in excellent cosmetic condition and has recently had the glass sensor cover replaced. In full working order with clean, well aligned rangefinder, clean sensor and with all modes, buttons and dials working.
Camera comes with mis-matched Monochrom box, strap, battery, charger and instruction booklet.
